- · Free Pass for the Birthday Child (redeemable on their next visit- not applicable for Birthday Parties)
- · Clean Socks must be worn on the Beatball Court (BYO) No Bare feet allowed.
- · Party sessions are limited to 20 non-participating guests, should your party exceed this limit, please call us to discuss in advance
- · Only plastic containers/bowls are allowed - NO Glass or Crockery (including plate/stand for your cake)
- · No Reheating or freezer facilities are available however, your party section does have its own refrigerator.
- · No Alcohol is permitted to be brought in or consumed within the premises of the Beatball venue.

- Entry to venue and your table from 11am (No need to arrive any earlier)
- 15 Minutes to check in at reception and setup your table area. 11am - 11.15am
- 1 Hour Beatball Cage Access 11.15am - 12.15pm

Please ask any parents that are collecting guests to arrive at our venue between 12.30PM and 12.45PM as we must have the party area vacated once your party time is up, so that sanitizing can take place in preparation for the next party/Beatball session.
